Shipping
Available delivery destinations, services and final shipping rates are shown at checkout for your address. If a free-shipping offer is displayed on the site, eligible orders will receive the applicable rate at checkout.
Tracking
When tracking is available for your shipment, the tracking details are sent after dispatch. Carrier scans can sometimes take a little time to appear after a label is created.
Address changes
Please check your delivery details before placing your order. If you notice an error after checkout, contact us as soon as possible. Once fulfilment has started, an address change may no longer be possible.
Returns & order issues
If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or you need help with a return, contact us with your order number and the relevant details before sending anything back. We will confirm the appropriate next step for your order.
Your rights under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law where it applies, are not affected.
